Hello my name is Zsolt

For more than a decade, I have been working in the field of movement, performance, and long-term capacity development. With a degree in Health Promotion, as well as numerous certifications in movement therapy and coaching, my work is grounded in systems thinking and analytical precision. Continuous learning for me is not an addition to my work, but a professional baseline.

For me, InMova is a framework — a structure for precise, responsible, and consistent work.

My Story

Two defining environments have shaped my professional thinking.

Working in the obesity department of a private hospital, in close collaboration with physiotherapists, I witnessed how a structured, system-based approach contributes to genuine recovery. Later, in a university performance diagnostics laboratory, working with athletes, I observed the same principles at work in a different context: the underlying patterns of load, adaptation, and development.

This dual experience shaped my perspective. For me, prevention and performance are not separate paths, but two expressions of the same consistent way of thinking.

In my work, I do not pursue quick results, but stable capacity. I believe that strength and resilience are not built through intensity alone, but through an understandable, deliberately constructed structure.

This approach works best when development is understood not as a rapid outcome, but as a consciously built and consistent process.
